The ProfilePlus RT is a PC based full spectrum, profiling roast control and data logging system. Utilizing a dynamic, real time graphic interface the ProfilePlus RT is easy to use and understand. With this system you can virtually eliminate errors caused by inattention, multiple roasting personnel, changes in batch sizes and changes in environmental factors. The ProfilePlus RT automatically stores every roast profile via a date/time function as well as profile name, to a hard drive and/or disc and can create a printed hard copy as well. Additionally, the ProfilePlus RT has a an Organic Logging function, energy use chart and an advanced log reviewer that can help you detect subtle differences in coffees. At last a quality oriented tool that can actually save labor as well!

The Ambex Roast-Illuminator RT is a PC based data logger that allows the operator to input multiple data points, define a desired curve and record actual roast and environment temperature paths. This system saves profiles via date/time and file name functions, prints hard copies of final roast profile curves and can log in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The Roast Illuminator RT system graphs in real time and is easily installed on any coffee roaster.
