The Roast Illuminator RT Data Logger will log and record coffee roast temperature values.

The system consist of a USB Thermocouple device, two type J thermocouples, USB cable and software cd.

The software program will do the following depending on the options selected on the user interface:

• Log temperature values on screen (real-time) for visual display
• The user can display a profile path on the graph to use as an aid in manipulating the coffee roaster
• Profile points can be created-saved-and recalled
• The temperature scale can be changed from F to C
• The minimum time scale can be set to insure the whole curve is displayed
• Burner settings can be logged and saved for future roasts
