The Ambex RT fire prevention and suppression systems for coffee roasters

are focused on the prevention and suppression of chaff fires and stack fires. The system consists of micro-sprinkler heads mounted in the chaff collector that is timed to lightly dampen the chaff pile helping to ensure that a fire cannot start. This damping occurs automatically without input of the operator eliminating the chance for a negligence induced fire. Additionally, the fire suppression system has an override that allows the sprinklers to go to a constant setting if the operator detects a fire either in the chaff collector or in the stack.
