The Ambex Economy model coffee roasters come equipped with a bean probe and digital controller with set point control and alarm functions. The gas train features our 2 valve system- one for safety and one for control.
The control valve is a digital proportional modulating valve with gas gauge allowing the operator to instantly and exactly adjust the gas flow to the burner with a knob located on the control panel. This feature gives better control and repeatability for the artisan roaster.
